Cigarette smoke is a complex gas mixture. It mainly consists of particulate matter, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide and various chemicals such as nicotine and other VOCs. People react to cigarette smoke with varying sensitivity. They can be individually warned when smoking occurs where it’s not allowed or wanted.
