The Smart Hub - the air-Q Smartphone App
The air-Q app for Android and iOS is the hub for your air-Q and your personal air quality analysis. In the app, you get access to a dashboard, the air-Q air quality indices for health, performance, mold and viral load, plus all sensors, readings and charts. This gives you an easy overview of your air.
Access Sensor Readings Anywhere and Analyze Air Measurement Data
Using the air-Q app for iOS and Android, all data can be retrieved and displayed. The setup wizard in the mobile app connects the air-Q to your home network via WiFi. Setting up an online account is not required, but unlocks additional features — e.g. the health advisor with tips for improving air quality when a problem is detected, or using the air-Q app while on the go. In addition, you can then use the air-Q Web App with even more options for analyzing air quality.

All air-Qs in View on the Dashboard
The dashboard clearly displays the readings from all your air-Qs. This lets you view different rooms in your household (e.g. living room, children’s room) or even outside (e.g. office) from one central place. It immediately shows when something’s wrong anywhere and action is needed.
The air-Q Indices for Health, Performance, Mold and Viral Load
To quickly give you an overview of air quality, the air-Q air analyzer calculates indices for health, performance, mold-freeness and virus-freeness. The air-Q air quality indices help by providing an understandable representation and interpretation of the readings. Harmless fluctuations or non-hazardous substances are filtered out. This way, the air-Q air quality indices help uncover potential problems faster and provide ideas for solutions.

The air-Q air quality indices are based on complex algorithms. The air-Q app shows you the composition of the indices in real time. This lets you see which readings have a particularly strong influence on air quality — making it much easier to understand and influence your individual situation.

Thanks to the short summary of the last 24 hours for all readings (background chart), you get a quick overview and can dive deeper into individual readings if needed.

Dive deeper into the sensors, readings and measured values, and learn more about the air you breathe. The air-Q app offers comprehensive knowledge about every sensor value — from its origin, through its effects, to its measurability — no one else offers this much knowledge and transparency.
Analyze Air Quality Data
Time series and charts can be generated for all readings. The time periods are freely selectable and can range, for example, from five minutes to several years. This lets you track changes in air components and air quality over time entirely to your own preference. This way, the air-Q makes changes easy to spot, and even the smallest differences visible. By displaying multiple measurement curves in one chart, it’s possible to recognize correlations even more conveniently.
The AI Health Advisor - Find Causes and Take Action
The air-Q Health Advisor™ evaluates all data on the various gases, particles and aerosols at the push of a button, using sophisticated software algorithms and AI. The analysis incorporates all your current readings and the air-Q’s location. (Free cloud account and paid Premium membership required)
Alarms and Notifications
Individually configure preset alarms, such as fire alarm, gas alarm, and threshold values for acoustic signals. In addition, custom thresholds can be set for every reading and index for which you’d like to receive a push notification or email notification.
Stay Informed at All Times with Smart Alarms
The air-Q also detects complex situations and warns of problems. The Smart Alarms for cigarette smoke, unauthorized entry, or e.g. going offline trigger warnings via push notifications or email notifications. (Free cloud account required)
Get Notified via Custom Thresholds
Custom thresholds for every reading trigger push notifications or email notifications when reached. This lets you keep an eye on your home or office and the certainty that everything is "ok". Should something be wrong, you’ll get a message. (Free cloud account required. A Premium membership is required for a large number of push thresholds)
Check and Configure Calibration Information
The air-Q continuously performs self-calibration — you don’t need to do anything further. All calibration information and the state of automatic calibration can be displayed in the app. Professionals can also perform a manual calibration to adapt the air-Q to their needs.
Unlimited Configuration Options
The air-Q offers many additional configuration options so you can use your measuring device exactly the way you want. With the air-Q LED Themes, every sensor value can be output via the LEDs on the housing. This way, you can tell from a distance if something’s wrong. There’s also a night mode that controls brightness and WiFi reception. But that’s far from everything — the app allows for many more ways to customize the air-Q.
