The quality of outdoor air — the air parameters we breathe — is measured at several hundred monitoring stations of the German Federal Environment Agency. These figures serve as a suitable benchmark for air quality in general. The specific conditions of your home or office, and their location, determine your own individual air quality — the quality of the air you actually breathe. Ultimately, monitoring the air you breathe by personal standards has to happen right where you spend most of your time — indoors. Measuring your personal air quality is what the air-Q air analyzer and alarm device does for you. With our device, you can measure your own personal air quality yourself. The air‑Q is more than just an air monitor. Thanks to sophisticated technology, modern software and continuous development, the air-Q gives you a smart platform with a wide range of sensors that helps you monitor — and therefore control — your own indoor climate.
Air quality — complexity made simple
The air-Q detects more gases, particles and chemicals than any other air quality monitor. For a quick overview, the air-Q calculates two indices that are always shown on the housing: green for health and blue for performance. The number of LEDs reflects the quality of the indoor air — the more dots there are, the better the air quality. It’s that simple. This turns a wealth of collected data into a display that’s quick and easy to understand.
Housing design optimized for real-time measurement
Optimized for maximum airflow, the air‑Q reacts immediately to any gases forming in the room. Its optimized design is what allows the air‑Q to measure every second and thus also function as an alarm device. Measuring and displaying in real time (every 1.8 seconds!) — no one else can do that.
Table stand for a secure footing, even on the move
The air-Q table stand gives the device a more secure footing and keeps it stable even if it’s bumped. This also makes it quicker and safer to set up the air-Q in different locations. As a nice side effect, the anodized aluminum table stand also emphasizes the monitor’s premium look.
Wall-mounting bracket
With the new wall bracket, the air‑Q can be mounted on a wall very easily. This means the device can be placed right next to a power outlet or — using our 3 m USB cable (included) — further away as well.
Thoughtful and elegant design
The air-Q has no front or back. That means it can be placed anywhere — on the table, in a shelving unit or on a dresser. The air-Q is an eye-catcher for every visitor.
Health & performance at a glance
The health index and performance index are always easy to read on the air-Q. That way, it’s immediately visible when something’s not right.
Smoke & fire alarm
The air-Q air analyzer also acts as an alarm sensor for smoke, carbon monoxide and temperature. It detects critical situations immediately and raises the alarm.
Smartphone app for air analysis on the go
With the air-Q app for iOS and Android, you can access all your data. After completing the setup wizard, the air-Q app connects to the device. There are several ways to connect. The direct connection gives you real-time access to all measured values without requiring an internet connection. Setting up an online account unlocks additional features, such as the health advisor or using the air-Q app while you’re out and about.
air-Q Web App for professional analysis
The air-Q can optionally send all its data to the air‑Q Cloud. Advanced analysis features are available there in your web browser. This lets you evaluate charts in more detail, export data (as a CSV file), and even create printable reports. The air-Q Cloud really shows its strengths when you’re managing a large number of air-Q devices.
