Fit for the Classroom — Monitor Air Quality at School
Where intensive learning happens, the air quickly turns stale. After just 20-30 minutes, the air in a classroom is already contaminated. This significantly impairs concentration and the ability to learn. Stale air also means a higher risk from airborne viruses and germs. The air-Q can detect these situations early and help avoid health hazards.

air-Q for Schools at a Glance
See everything important, easily and clearly, with the LED traffic light
The air-Q can be placed on a table or shelf and is ready to use immediately after being switched on. The essential information can be read directly from the device — for example, as a carbon dioxide traffic light, or via the even more meaningful air-Q Health Index and air-Q Performance Index, which assess air quality based on limit values from the Federal Environment Agency. Acoustic signals can also be activated. Optionally, the WiFi function can be enabled, allowing the device to also be used via the free smartphone app or on a PC over the internet.
LEDs for CO₂ and Noise
The LED display on the air-Q can be individually configured. In this example, the left side is preset to the CO₂ display, which shows the carbon dioxide level in blue, orange and red. On the right is a noise traffic light, which turns red if it’s too loud for a period of one minute. Optionally, an alarm tone can also be set, which signals when CO₂ or noise levels are too high.
